There is a deposit of $75 to book your appointment. Upon completion of the job, the remaining balance is accepted cash, check, Zelle or Venmo. 

You will be given a rate prior to acceptance and agreement of the cleaning service. The rate is subject to change if at the time of your appointment is found that the home is in poor conditions or extremely dirty. 

We kindly ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive to ensure maximum efficiency. We also ask that you find a safe place for your pets to stay while we clean. If you won’t be home, leave us a key or code for access and with instruction. We will return any keys back to its original location.

When you schedule your appointment with Kenia’s Cleaning Service, please kindly send us parking instructions, with passes, as needed. Any applicable parking fee will be included in the final bill of the cleaning service.

The cleaning team happily ensures to go above and beyond each time in the attempt to restore your home and peace of mind. Although tipping is not required, it’s very much appreciated. 

Your appointment is a time set aside exclusively for you. We understand that your time is very valuable and in an effort to respect your time and that of our other clients and cleaning team, we require 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment.  We lead busy lives and unexpected things can come up at the moment from time to time, however, any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to $100 cancellation fee.

We bring all products and equipment to get the job done. We are also adaptable to meet the needs of your preferred chosen products.

We offer a peace of mind with the highest quality home cleaning service. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can re-evaluate to fulfill your expectations.
